“We painted it a baby pink and gave her some pink seats with a few other modifications.”
By the time they finished with the car, it looked like something Barbie would drive, which is perfect for his niece’s style.
When they revealed the car to his niece, she was thrilled. She was so happy and immediately started posting pictures of it on social media.
His eldest brother, however, was not happy. He was angry that the car had been customized so personally for his daughter since it’s a car she needs to share with her stepbrother.
“He says we should’ve asked first since it’s a shared car, and we should’ve taken my step-nephew into consideration, but both my brother and I disagree,” he explained.
“That’s my niece’s car, a car our parents gave to her, and she should be able to have a car she likes.”
Now, his eldest brother is accusing him of trying to embarrass his nephew. Other members of their family are split on the argument. Some are siding with him, and others are siding with his brother.
Do you think it was right for him to customize the car without getting his brother’s permission?
