Several TikTok users had a few theories as to why there was such a difference between full-time and part-time employees.

“Part-time no one is worried about losing health insurance by acting out of line,” commented one user.

“Part-time be like that because they’re not drained from working,” wrote another.

“And you can let loose without fear of coworkers snitching bc of no upward mobility at part-time jobs,” added a third.

“That’s only because the full-time workers are all dead inside now,” claimed someone else.
