She Wants To Move Out Of Her Mom And Dad’s House But Isn’t Sure If It Would Be The Best Thing For Her 1-Year-Old Daughter, As She’s Afraid She’s Robbing Her Of A Nicer Life

Now that everything she had hoped for is coming to fruition, though, she is actually starting to have some second thoughts.

“This is what I’ve practically dreamed about for the past year, but part of me feels like I am robbing my daughter,” she said.

She detailed how she grew up in a home where she was able to get anything she ever wanted– at least, material-wise.

And she’s not trying to brag about that, either. It’s just a fact of her life. But, if she moves out of her parent’s home, her daughter will not get the same childhood that she did. And honestly, she does feel guilty about that.

At the same time, though, she knows that she just cannot stay at her parents’ house any longer. It’s simply not good for her mental health.

“I have a horrible relationship with my parents, and it gets worse as time goes on,” she vented.

Ever since discussing this big decision with her boyfriend, though, she has gotten mixed opinions.

Apparently, her boyfriend is currently in another country and will not be back until next year. Still, he thinks that she should just put off moving for another year until he is permanently back in the States. That way, they can move in together, and she won’t have to make the move by herself.

Still, she is having trouble weighing the pros and cons of each option. So now, she’s been left wondering whether moving out of her parent’s house sooner would be a disservice to her daughter.

Do you think her daughter having material things from her parents is important? Or is her own comfort in her parent’s home more important? Would it be smarter for her to move now or wait until she can move with her boyfriend? What would you do?
