She’s Refusing To Help Her Brother In School Anymore Because He And Her Mom Keep Taking Advantage Of Her And Forcing Her To Do His Work

So, for their first test of the school year, her mom forced her to help him out. She ultimately provided her brother with a full copy of all the notes she took during class. Then, her mom used the notes to help her brother study.

“And was also kind enough to let me be there only if I sat quietly,” she explained.

Her mom really didn’t know how to teach the course material, though, and she pointed that out. But her feedback wasn’t well received, and her mom actually just told her to shut up!

However, once everyone got their test grades back, it was clear that she had been right. While she earned a 95– which was the highest grade in her class– her brother walked away with a 77.

To her dismay, though, this second bad grade did not teach her brother or her mom any lessons.

Instead, for his second class project, her brother just got a friend to do all the work. Then, for the third project, she was expected to swoop in and save her brother’s class grade.

For context, that third project was about a movie shown during their philosophy class. And at the time the project was assigned, her parents were away on vacation.

That’s why her mom claimed they were “counting on her” to “help out” her brother. What they expected was far from just help, though.

More specifically, her mom just reached out to her one day and instructed her to “start working.”

She knew it was completely unrealistic for her to finish two entire projects in just one day, though, and she told her mom that. But, her mom seemingly did not care about her grade at all and basically said her brother’s project was more important.

“I’m not expecting you to finish two, but I’m expecting you to at least finish your brother’s project,” her mom said.
