She’s Refusing To Invite Her Sister To Her Wedding Because Her Sister Won’t Apologize For Severely Bullying Her Fiancé In High School And College

“And now, Kayley and my parents are insisting that she’s had a change of heart because her friend’s death made Kayley realize that you never know how much time you have left with people,” she explained.

Due to this, her sister now wants to be more involved in her life. Despite the supposed “change of heart,” though, Kayley has still refused to apologize for any of the bullyings.

She also detailed how in the past, her sister never showed any interest in being at her wedding. But, ever since the friend’s death, Kayley has been expressing her wish to both attend her wedding and have a “place of honor” role– such as being a bridesmaid.

Quite frankly, though, she told her sister that she was not welcome at her nuptials.

“Her refusal to apologize or admit wrongdoing shows up that she isn’t sincere about wanting to be a better sister and overall person towards us,” she pointed out.

“This is supposed to be one of the biggest and happiest days of my and Joseph’s lives, and we aren’t saving any seats for a bully.”

Ever since she made that decision, though, her parents have continued pushing Kayley’s “change of heart” claims on her. In fact, they are even urging her to have more sympathy for her sister in the wake of the loss.

Numerous family members have taken her parents’ side, too, and are now threatening not to attend her wedding unless she invites Kayley.

Her largest concern about this, though, has to do with her paternal grandparents. Apparently, they have always been there for both her and Joseph, and they really want to attend the ceremony.

But, her grandparents rely on her aunt due to their health issues, and they would need her aunt to transport them to the wedding. So, her grandparents are afraid to go against her aunt and risk losing her support.

That’s why, even though all of her friends agree that she shouldn’t be obligated to invite Kayley, they think she still should for the sake of her grandparents.
