He Created Something Called The Strangers Project, And He’s Collected More Than 85,000 Stories From Strangers Talking About What It’s Like To Be Them

The project has been going viral on social media platforms like TikTok as people have been flocking to see the beautifully displayed stories, some of which are incredibly touching.

“This is so human and authentic,” said one TikTok user about the display. “I’m so in love.”

The stories that grab viewers’ attention come from people of all ages, living in different circumstances and dealing with a wide variety of issues.

One ‘stranger’ was a 64-year-old who wrote that they were still waiting for their story to begin. Another person wrote about how lonely they feel despite being surrounded by tons of people in New York City.

An 11-year-old even pitched in and wrote about how they’ve learned to not be on their phone so much and live life to the fullest.

If you’re in the mood to get out of your own head and read the stories of others who walk amongst you, check out The Strangers Project in New York City or head to their social media here.
