Now, if I had the money to buy this bank, I would want to transform it into a fascinating dream home. However, the Zillow listing reads that “its extensive zoning uses and available city incentives make it the perfect development project for apartments, condos, mixed-use, and much more.”
This bank building is also close to the city’s train station and soccer field, making it a great spot in the heart of Pawtucket’s downtown.
