She Told Her Stepson He Had To Stay Home To Watch Her Son While The Rest Of The Family Went On Vacation, Which Made Him Cry

“I also didn’t want to leave my son fully alone with all the house to himself.”

So, she decided to tell both boys they were no longer invited on the trip. She figured this way, her son would be allowed to stay home, and her stepson could keep an eye on him. Instead of a family vacation, she and her husband will have a ‘romantic trip’ together.

Her stepson became super upset when he found out he couldn’t go on the trip anymore and had to stay home.

He even cried about it for a few days. Now, he’s calmed down a bit, but her husband is starting to feel guilty.

She thinks that everything will be fine if her son lets her stepson join him in some of his social activities while they’re gone. She’s convinced leaving both boys home is “the best solution for everyone.”
