She’s Really Allergic To Lobster, And Her Husband Thinks She Can Just Sit In Their Bedroom While He Eats It So It Doesn’t Bother Her

Then, he claimed he would clean up and be sure to scrub the surfaces so she doesn’t have a reaction.

But she just really did not want to risk it– especially because the smell would likely linger, causing her to feel nauseous for hours.

So, her pushback over the lobster wound up sparking an argument between her and her husband. And she really just does not understand why he is acting this way all of a sudden.

“He is usually really good about my allergy and always checks on restaurants before going there [to see] if they sell seafood and will warn the waiters about my allergy,” she vented.

“This is completely out of character for him.”

That’s why, ever since her husband’s reaction, she’s been left wondering whether not wanting her husband to eat lobster in their house makes her a jerk or not.

Should her husband’s desire for lobster take priority over her health? Why do you think he is being lax about her allergy all of a sudden? Did she have a right to tell her husband to eat the seafood somewhere else? How would you have reacted in this situation?
