“Relationships is a tricky concept right now. My best friend of 15 years and I have been in a situationship, but that’s another explanation (yes, she knows). My mom has been staying with me for 1 month. She’s supposed to leave in August, but says she’ll stay longer because she’s 100% up for me raising my daughter.”
He so wants this little girl, but he’s stuck on wanting to be a single dad being a decision that’s totally selfish.
Prior to now, the concept of having children has not even crossed his mind, let alone being a dad all alone.
Also, since this girl he had a one-night stand with has already found a stable home for this child, that gives him pause.
“I feel unprepared and like I’m ripping away my daughter from a stable family life with two loving parents,” he said.
“I know I’m rambling, but I’m seriously deadlocked. I have so many friends and family, but it’s difficult to really talk to people about this. Judging by the information I shared, what seems like the best decision?”
