Ready to leave, she took a right turn to drive out of the parking lot, and in her rear-view mirror, she could see the man following behind, and he had his right blinker on as well.
“We leave, and this guy proceeds to follow us. Not down just one but several streets. Both my friend and I are freaked out at this point. After 15 minutes of driving with him following us, my friend tells me to pull over and let him pass. Anxiety peaks, and he pulls over behind us. My friend is angry and steps out of the car. My friend just stands there and stares at the guy. After a few minutes, fortunately, he drives off. I don’t think he knew I had a guy with me,” she continued.
Understandably shaken, she waited a few minutes to calm down before driving the rest of the way home. After the experience, she decided not to go to that liquor store or town again for a long time. She is also looking into taking defense classes because of how scary the ordeal was.
What would you have done if you were in her shoes?
