Here’s How You Can Make Mango Lime Sorbet At Home

Start by freezing your mangoes until they’re solid, then cut them in half and slice the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Leave the mango peels whole, and make sure to remove any seeds. Next, throw the frozen mango chunks into a food processor or powerful blender.

Add the honey and lime juice in and blend until it’s creamy. Any type of honey is fine to use, and if you’re out of honey, agave syrup or maple syrup works just as well.

Scoop the sorbet into the halved mango peels and feast on the sorbet right away for a soft-serve ice cream consistency.

If you prefer it to be colder, put it in the freezer to let it set for a few hours. The sorbet should last a few weeks when placed in a sealed container in the freezer.

Enjoy your silky smooth sorbet!
