This woman is 27 weeks pregnant with her and her husband’s first child. Throughout her pregnancy, she’s done her best to maintain a consistent routine and maintain healthy habits.

It’s been important for her to have as much consistency as possible before their child is born. Despite trying to continue her routines, being pregnant has caused some changes. For example, she has noticed changes in the foods she enjoys.

“I get more tired. I now want to be home a little more. I get drained and annoyed a little faster than I usually would,” she said.

Before she was pregnant, she had more energy to socialize and go out drinking or to dinner with her husband or with him and her in-laws.

Since getting pregnant, all she has energy for is going to work, to the gym, and then heading home for the rest of the night.

Unfortunately, her in-laws took it as a personal offense that she wanted to spend more time hanging out at home, accusing her of not enjoying their company anymore.

They told her that since it seemed like she didn’t want to get together with them anymore, she wouldn’t allow them to see their grandchild.

Her husband was conflicted because he still wanted to go out and socialize, either just with her or also with his parents.

However, the idea of getting dressed up and ready to go out to a bar didn’t sound like a good time to her now that she was pregnant. She preferred relaxing in the comfort of her own home these days.
