This 30-year-old woman has a 54-year-old boyfriend, and although they do not live together, she spends every weekend at his house.

Her boyfriend has three teen daughters who recently moved into his place permanently, and she gifted all of the girls some of her perfume that she purchased but never ended up wearing.

After she did that, her boyfriend mentioned that his daughters would be so grateful if she could take them shopping for beauty products.

Now, this is something she would be happy to do under more normal circumstances, but she’s still in the process of getting to know his girls, and she does not want them to like her just because she purchases them presents.

Another thing that’s preventing her from taking her boyfriend’s daughters out shopping is that they have used up all of the beauty products she left at her boyfriend’s house.

She has lip products, perfumes, and creams that are nearly gone because her boyfriend’s daughters helped themselves.

She brought this up to her boyfriend, and he said it was actually his fault, as he did tell his girls they could use whatever they wanted of hers.

She’s upset that her boyfriend didn’t ask for her permission first. She would have said it was ok, but that’s beside the point.

“The fact that he made that decision without asking is what’s making me mad,” she explained. “I’ve also noticed that I’ve been paying every time we go out.”

“He used to offer to pay, but now it’s like he just expects me to do it…Lastly, last night, his youngest daughter decided to take a bath, and she used the entire bottle of shower gel (600ml) that I left there. His response was he’s sorry, but it’s just a shower gel. I can get a new one.”

She thinks her boyfriend should have offered to replace her shower gel at the very least instead of saying she should go out and buy a new one.

She’s not sure if she’s being unreasonable for being so upset about all of this. What advice do you have for her?
