Some women would say that being a bridesmaid in one wedding every few months or years is exhausting. But can you imagine being asked to be a bridesmaid in two different weddings happening on the same day? Sounds like something out of a rom-com, right?

One woman was invited to be a bridesmaid in her childhood and college friends’ weddings. However, they’re both scheduled for the same day.

She has two good friends getting married this year, whom she calls Dallas and Miami. Dallas is a childhood friend of hers and is getting married locally.

“We don’t see each other as often, but when we do, it’s just like old times,” she explained.

“[There are] so many memories. Dallas is also one of the nicest people in my life.”

She met Miami later in life, when she was in college. She and Miami are super close now and part of a larger friend group. Miami is the friend who plans her birthday parties each year, and they hang out all the time.

Miami is having a destination wedding, and all of their closest friends will be there. All their close girlfriends will be in her bridal party.

Although she hadn’t yet put a deposit down on her wedding venue, Miami told her about her wedding date first and asked her to be a bridesmaid. Then, when she spoke to Dallas, she revealed that she was planning her wedding for the same day and also asked her to be a bridesmaid. To make matters worse, Dallas had another close friend who was also a friend of Miami’s and wanted to attend the other wedding.

Dallas tried booking her wedding the week before Miami’s, but the date was booked. So, Dallas put a venue deposit down on Miami’s wedding date.
