Lucy mentioned that Tobias had complimented her on her dress and said she looked great in it. She tried to move on, but the comment really stuck with her as odd.
Then, Lucy wound up pregnant, and since she constantly has casual flings, she absolutely expected the father of the baby to be one of those random guys.
Lucy even told her the baby daddy had to be one of her flings and named the guy, but after Lucy gave birth to her baby, her stomach dropped.
Lucy’s baby came out a spitting image of Tobias, complete with his same exact blue eyes and blonde hair.
The baby doesn’t resemble the guy Lucy claimed was the father in the least, and the baby doesn’t look like Lucy either.
She remarked to Tobias the baby looked just like him, but he laughed as Lucy simply stared at the baby.
When her mom saw Lucy’s baby, she actually questioned her if the baby was fathered by Tobias, which further served to upset her.
She does work as a flight attendant so she’s gone for long periods of time, leaving Lucy and Tobias home alone quite frequently. And Tobias clearly has commitment issues with his cheating track record.
She knows Lucy and Tobias have been sleeping together behind her back, and the baby proves this to her.
“There’s not even a need for a paternity test. It’s so obviously his, but I don’t know what to do, and when I asked my partner, he just said, “That’s ridiculous; I guarantee it’s not mine,” she said.
“I don’t know how to feel. Also, we got engaged in Italy and are planning a wedding. I asked him about it tonight again because I just can’t stop seeing how identical they look. Am I delusional? He’s now gone to stay with his parents. I haven’t confronted Lucy; I just don’t even know where to begin with her.”
