The thing is, it was 9 in the evening, and her dad is super lazy. He hates going out, yet here he was on a Friday night, anywhere but at home.
Her dad refused to tell her exactly where he was, and it was then that she knew he had to be out cheating.
She asked her brother to call her dad and ask for his whereabouts, and her dad said the same thing to her brother.
“Should I tell my mom?” she wondered. “My brother and I both know she’s not going to do anything about it.”
“They show zero love towards each other. They are just roommates at this point. They are the definition of a typical Asian household.”
“And if she does, she’s going to ask him, he’s going to say no or make a joke about him cheating to overthrow the fact that he is, and he’s going to storm away because he got caught and no one is going to talk to each other for about a week or two.”
