Kandi’s cousin Amanda pointed out that Kandi was upset and had asked for help in the video taken of her, and she’s not sure why things weren’t handled differently.
“The woman in the video, (I know her name but not stating it) didn’t have to be so condescending,” Amanda said.
“Kandi was literally thrown out by her boyfriend with nothing but a romper/sandals on. And SHE asked for help, she asked the woman to “please call my mother” In which she gives the woman her mom’s number.”
“Of course she isn’t gonna tell a stranger what just happened to her. You could tell she was in distress. Maybe someone could have been like are you okay? Do you need a water?”

Kandi has blonde hair and blue eyes. She weighs about 110 pounds and is 5’8. She was last seen wearing a pink, one-piece romper.
Kandi’s family is now offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to Kandi.
