First, many consumers of the condiment pointed out how the sauce’s nutrition facts were far from accurate.
“There are so many errors on this nutritional label,” wrote one user. “It says 444 servings, which is 14.4 grams.”
“That makes almost 6,300-something grams in the whole bottle, which is inaccurate.”
“And if these small details were overlooked, I am looking at quality control now. I am kind of scared.”
The TikToker claimed the error was a graphic design slip-up and plans to fix the mistake before her next sauce batch launches.
Nonetheless, other followers began voicing concerns over consistency– particularly how every bottle of pink sauce has a different hue and how Pii cannot accurately describe the taste for potential buyers.
Plus, other customers were reportedly delivered pink drippy messes after the bottles exploded during transit.
Pi has issued those customers refunds and claims to have switched from USPS to UPS for her delivery services.
In regards to the other allegations, though, Pii is asking that her followers be patient.
“You know, I cannot respond to each and every person because– at the end of the day– it’s a brand,” Pii said.
“I don’t want people to feel like I don’t care because I am not responding. I’m not responding because I am fixing the problem.”
