This Thirty-Year-Old Mom Went Missing In Las Vegas After Fleeing Two Abusive Marriages

And this time, Camille was forced to send her daughter home to stay with her grandmother, Barbara, for safety.

Around this time, the thirty-year-old mom also began to use drugs and have run-ins with the law.

She was supposed to appear in court in September of 1994 but never showed.

Moreover, her family and friends never heard from her again.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police estimate that Camille went missing sometime between September 3 and September 26, 1994.

She was last seen leaving the Clark County Detention Center on September 3.

After being reported missing that year, though, the police filings were reportedly deleted just weeks later.

It was not until 2003, when a childhood friend of Camille’s inquired about her case, that this discovery was made.

A new report was filed, but the case of her disappearance has remained cold.

Her family knew that Camille had a misdemeanor warrant out for her arrest at the time of her disappearance and did consider for a short time that she had skipped town.

But, as weeks turned into months, and months turned into years, the Dardanes knew Camille would never wholly leave her daughter without warning.
