Miami Plastic Surgeon Explains Why BBL-Looking Backsides Are Impossible To Attain By Just Going To The Gym

But, according to Dr. Earle, removing hip dips is only possible through elective surgery.

“There is no muscle there, just tendons, and there is a lack of fat. So, there is no way to work it out because there is no muscle to grow in that area.”

“The only way to fix that is by adding fat through a BBL,” he concluded.

Another characteristic BBL feature concerns the overall round or “bubble butt” shape that the procedure produces.

This seemingly perfect and sculpted outcome is a result of taking fat from unwanted areas– such as the stomach– and strategically inserting it throughout the buttocks region.

This intentional and controlled result is very different from going to the gym since it is much more complex and unlikely to dictate exactly what areas of your backside grow– and by how much– while working out.

Nonetheless, Dr. Earle underscored that BBL results do need to be maintained through consistent diet and exercise.

He specifically recommends weight-based exercises, such as squats, and sticking to a balanced diet to ensure your BBL results last for a long time.

“In summary, the best combination is all three– BBL, nutrition, and exercise. But, don’t always believe everything you see on social media because it can be photoshopped,” Dr. Earle added.

So, if you have been stressing about why your behind does not look the same as other BBL receivers, don’t fret– it is not supposed to.

Second, the “BBL look” is not the only way to look good.
