It’s time to gather your ingredients as you dive into this simple recipe!
First, you will need to gather and mix your seasonings. The mixture calls for lemon pepper, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic, powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Next, mix and season your chicken on both sides.
Once fully coated, you will marinate your chicken for a couple of hours before moving on to the next step. When it’s time to bake your chicken, you will cook it on one side for 30 minutes and 20 minutes on the other.
While that bakes, you will make your sauce. Add butter and garlic to a pan with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, fresh lemon slices, and water.
Once the sauce is simmering, it’s time to add it to your chicken thighs. To finish it off, stick your thighs back into the oven for a few minutes to allow it to caramelize, and you’re ready to plate it!
After watching this juicy meal in the making, will you consider adding this recipe to your grocery list?
