Her Grandma Signed Her Up To Do Everyone’s Makeup For Her Aunt’s Wedding Without Asking Her, And She Won’t Be Getting Paid

To make matters worse, no one has offered to pay her for her work, and she’d have to buy more makeup supplies.

“I know how my family is, and even if they said they’d reimburse me, they likely would not,” she said.

“I ended up refusing to do it, which ended up in a huge argument.”

Her family told her she was being selfish, and she was accused of ruining the wedding. She wouldn’t have minded doing everyone’s makeup if she had known much further in advance and if she was getting paid for her work and materials.

All she wanted was at least one day to relax before the wedding, but now she’s filled with anxiety. She doesn’t want to take on all the work but doesn’t want to leave her family hanging.

Should she do her family’s makeup for free or hold her ground?
