She’s Worried About Facing Her Fiancé After Fleeing Their Wedding Over The Loss Of Her Late Daughter’s Dress

She still stood her ground, though. And after some time passed, her family members just stopped talking about the dress and her condition.

“I had hoped people had forgotten,” she recalled. “Obviously, they hadn’t.”

On the day before her wedding, she arrived at a country cottage where she was staying. And at the time, she had both her wedding dress and her daughter’s dress in tow.

So, she placed them both into her closet before going downstairs to meet up with her family members– who were staying at the cottage that evening, too.

Anyway, once she later arrived back at her room, she realized the closet door had been opened. And after she peeked inside, she found that her daughter’s dress was missing.

Now, since her family and her fiancé’s family were the only people staying at the cottage– and absolutely nothing else from her room had been taken– she immediately assumed one of them had stolen the dress.

After confronting everybody, though, no one ever admitted to being the culprit. So, throughout that evening, she kept begging her fiancé, her mother, and her future in-laws to postpone and reschedule the wedding– because after what happened to the dress, she simply was not ready anymore.

Her wishes did not go over well with her family, though, and only resulted in more fighting.

That’s why, by the next morning, everyone– including herself– was just angry and miserable. Due to this, none of her family members even wanted to be around her.

So, after her makeup artist and hairstylist went to get some coffee, she decided to follow suit. In fact, she simply left and traveled back home.

Well, she didn’t end up going to her own house. Instead, she went to her best friend’s house and has been staying there ever since– because apparently, the nasty voicemails and text messages she has been receiving from her family have made her want to throw up. Even her fiancé accused her of ruining everything by leaving over “a stupid dress.”
