The Owner Of This Pizza Place Paid His Employees An Entire Day’s Worth Of Sales To Show Them His Appreciation

He then pointed out that none of the money would be coming back to him; it would all go straight to his employees.

Josh continued to say he appreciates how loyal and dedicated his employees have been, and so he was excited to give back to them.

In the end, Josh’s Employee Appreciation Day did even better than he could have dreamed of. In a follow-up Facebook post he shared on July 6th, he revealed just how well the day went.

Heavenly Pizza had a surprising 220 orders that day, which resulted in $6,300 in sales. People also gave $1,200 in tips, for a grand total of $7,500.

Divide that all out, and Josh’s employees each made $78 an hour for Employee Appreciation Day.
