When she does ask him to clean up, he flat out says no to her. On top of all of this, he won’t take out the trash, even though her recycling bin has beer cans flowing over the top of it.
“He also has a dog,” she said. “An adorable little guy, who’s about 10 lbs. He does not take the dog out. Not even once a day.”
“I do it every time and when I remind him this is his dog he says he doesn’t care. Don’t forget this guy is unemployed, so it’s not like he’s busy working during the day.”
She has requested that her ex move out, but he simply won’t do it. She did mention that his name isn’t on her lease, only her name is, but she isn’t sure what to do.
She’s left wondering if she should move out, exit out of her lease, and then be done with him that way, but the thing is she does not want to have to leave her own apartment.
