This Airbnb Host Pointed Out On TikTok That He’s Sick Of Receiving After-Prom Booking Requests

His TikTok reached over one hundred and twenty thousand users and prompted important conversations around liability.

“It is not worth the risk of having unsupervised minors on your property no matter what they are offering to pay,” commented one user.

“Too much liability for a high school party,” agreed a second user.

Aside from Bailey’s personal property rules, the Airbnb platform also considers any parties with sixteen or more guests “disruptive” to surrounding communities and bans these events. Additionally, all renters must be at least eighteen years of age to rent any property advertised through the platform.

So, it is safe to say that no after-proms will ever be hosted at Bailey’s place. Moreover, high schoolers across the nation can expect to encounter strong resistance to their after-prom booking requests.

Aside from after-proms, Bailey also shared some other bizarre booking requests that he has received this month in a follow-up TikTok.

“I have been getting the wildest inquiries for my Airbnb, like high school field trips and graduation parties. But, the request I got last night was one I have never gotten before,” Bailey said.

Apparently, a man referred to as “Chad” wanted to book Bailey’s property for a fraternity spring formal event.

“Absolutely not!” Bailey said before ending the TikTok.

Clearly, he has a strict party determination policy.
