She instantly became upset at the accusations her friends were hurling Sam’s way, and while she does acknowledge that her friends have a right to make their own viewpoints, it’s hurtful for them to say Sam just wants to have a pretty, young girl as arm candy.
She also feels that her friends are pretty hypocritical, as many of them have been in relationships with men who are at least 50 or 60-years-old.
“I explained that it was nothing like that, and they shot back with he will probably want to trap me and lock me in for life, so I’ll have to be reliant on him,” she said.
“I told them that they were out of line with what they were saying. They’ve turned to threatening me and telling me they’ll never speak to me again if I continue with this relationship, and I’m left in shock.”
