Faith then adds her shrimp to her air fryer and cooks them until they’re done.
Although she doesn’t specify how long she air fries her shrimp, and at what temperature, this food blogger recommends cooking raw, frozen shrimp in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400F. If the shrimp is frozen and cooked, it only has to go in for 5 minutes.
Faith then loads up her cucumber boats with some white rice and adds the shrimp right on top. Faith was able to fit 4 shrimps on each cucumber slice. Then, she drizzles each piece with a spicy mayo sauce, and they’re finished!
“I could eat these every day,” Faith writes in the caption of her video.
TikTok users cannot get enough of these sushi boats and have already begun making their own variations. For example, one user added sesame seeds to the top and added a layer of mashed avocado onto the cucumber. Yum!
