“Whenever he was in my apartment, he would accuse me of moving his stuff around, complaining that it was cold. He would just get really agitated. He had issues at the time, they were outside of the apartment, but something about the apartment just seemed to make them worse. One night we fell asleep together after a pretty bad argument. I woke up late and thought I was having a panic attack because I couldn’t move.”
When she glanced over at the chair, she noticed a little old man sitting there, and it seemed to be in his late 50s.
He had on a three-piece suit, and there he was, staring right back at her. He didn’t utter a word, and he didn’t move either.
Although this man didn’t seem to be upset with her, he did seem to be upset with her boyfriend.
“The ghost was not the dangerous thing, it was the person I was sleeping next to,” she said. “I think the ghost was trying to get him to leave. The ghost was right.”
If I saw a ghost in my room in the middle of the night, I would think I was still dreaming. I definitely wouldn’t be as calm as she was. Now that was all in her original video about the gentleman ghost.
Now I don’t know if you believe in guardian angels or not, but I would think that the gentleman ghost was a guardian angel telling her that she needed to get rid of the negative influence in her apartment.
She continues to date the guy into her junior year of college, and things go downhill. They start partying, and her depression gets worse.
“My mental health took a dive, but I was trying to be like the cool, chill, fun, artsy girlfriend that he wanted me to be,” she continued.
“I knew that if I started to have one of my ‘difficult times,’ he would start and go talking to other girls. He would see other girls. Um, it was that kind of relationship.”
That’s not the type of relationship any girl wants to be in. Though we seem to find ourselves in them all the time.
