She Told Her Sister Not To Blow All Of Her Inheritance On Traveling The World After High School Without Getting An Education, So Now That Her Sister Is Without A Job And Running Out Of Money, She Does Not Really Have Any Sympathy

She specifically chose to go to college. And since she received some financial assistance for her tuition, she was actually able to save nearly half of her inheritance.

In fact, she ended up holding onto so much dough that by the time she was just twenty-four years old, she was able to afford a sizeable downpayment on a home.

Now, her sister, on the other hand, decided to take an entirely different post-high school path. After graduating, her sister decided to prioritize traveling and seeing the world.

Her sister first backpacked through Europe before flying to Australia. Afterward, her sister went snowboarding in New Zealand and visited Argentina.

At that point, though, she started to become a bit concerned about her sister’s financial well-being and lack of education. So, she actually had a talk with her sister and advised her to start setting money aside for school.

However, her sister apparently claimed that she was making good money busking and believed she would be just fine.

Well, spoiler alert: the COVID-19 pandemic hit right after that. And since everyone was under isolation, performers like her sister were immediately out of work.

At the time, she thought that her sister would probably travel home and start her studies while the entire world was shut down. I mean, traveling– her sister’s dream– was virtually impossible, right?

“Nope. She stayed in Indonesia because it was cheap to live there,” she revealed.

Anyway, that was a couple of years ago. And now, her sister has finally returned home and is actually down to her last inheritance installment.

After her parents officially signed over the account to her sister with everything that was left, though, her sister kind of started to freak out.
