“I said that I’d be more than happy to see if one of my buddies would be willing to, but I wanted to just enjoy the wedding and not have to work it and be treated like just a staff member,” she said. 

If she decided to work as a security guard that night, she wouldn’t be able to enjoy the wedding festivities at all. 

Instead of being understanding and opting to reach out to one of her co-workers, Casey got upset with her. She told her she was being unfair and that this conflict may affect their friendship.
