How To Plan And Host An Epic Bachelorette Weekend, Complete With A Simple Checklist

4. Make An Itinerary

Regardless of whether you are planning a bachelorette weekend or a single evening, you will want to have some activities locked and loaded.

After all, you don’t want any bridesmaid– or worse, the bride– to ask the dreaded question, “What do you want to do tonight?”

So, once you settle on a location, type up an itinerary. Find some restaurants, bars, shops, or hikes that you know the group will love. Take into account dietary restrictions when possible and try to cater the activities to the bride’s interests.

Now, the itinerary doesn’t have to be planned down to the minute. In fact, it’s actually better if it’s not– since everyone will need some downtime to recuperate.

But, if you are planning a weekend, block out a morning activity and a nighttime activity for each day. That way, your group will never feel lost about what to do, and they will have plenty of time to rest, relax, and recharge in the afternoon.

5. Party Favors

One way to make your friend’s bachelorette party feel even more special is by getting everyone a keepsake.

You could opt to purchase matching t-shirts or pajamas that are labeled– for instance, “bridesmaid” and “bride.”

Or, depending on the climate, you might buy some adorable themed bathing suits, fuzzy socks, or jackets.

And if you cannot decide on just one item, you can never go wrong with making a little party favor gift basket. Include some items that the group might like to use over the weekend– like face masks or shot glasses– along with a few personalized trinkets to remember the celebration.
