This Reuben Street Taco Recipe Puts A Unique Spin On The Classic St. Patrick’s Day Favorite

Dressing Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

-1/3 cup of ketchup

-2 tablespoons of mustard

-2 teaspoons of black gold seasoning

-1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, braise your corned beef in Sprite to give it some extra sweetness. Place the corned beef into a baking dish and pour in the bottle of Sprite.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and pop it in the oven for two to three hours until it’s tender. Once it’s done, allow it to cool, then shred it up into thin pieces.

Next, toast the tortillas on a skillet and lay a piece of Swiss cheese on each of them. Cook until the cheese has melted. After toasting the tortillas, heat up the meat in the same skillet.

Now, make the Russian dressing. In a bowl, add the mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, mustard, and black gold seasoning. Stir everything together well.
