She Took Out A Mortgage For Her Mom, But Her Mom Allowed Their Entire Family To Move In And Stopped Paying The Mortgage Off, So Now She Wants Everyone Out

This 33-year-old woman and her mother, 60, both currently work abroad. Meanwhile, her 24-year-old brother is living in their home country.
Several years ago, her mother expressed her dream of buying a home after they’d been living in rentals for their entire lives.
At that time, her mother was already working abroad, taking a lot of side jobs so that she could make ends meet, while she had a job at a bank where she earned a comfortable living.
“She asked me to take a mortgage under my name, and she would pay for the monthly payments,” she said.
“She also said it was better to put the house under my name since she’s planning on leaving it to me one day. Me being young and naive, I agreed to this.”
For the first couple of years after the purchase of the house, only she and her brother were living in it.
Eventually, she was able to start working overseas like her mother was still doing. So, she left while her brother continued living in the house while he finished college. Her mother wasn’t a fan of him living there by himself.
“She asked her brother, 58, and sister, 55, to stay with him. She also asked my grandma, who is 80, to move in. The thing is, her siblings are both unemployed,” she explained.
Her aunt had two adult children. Tragically, her youngest child, her son, passed away several years ago, and she is now taking care of his two children.

Plus, her aunt’s daughter has one child and is currently pregnant with her second, and her aunt’s daughter decided that she wanted to move into the house too, bringing her son with her.
Right now, her grandmother, uncle, aunt, aunt’s daughter, and aunt’s three grandchildren are all currently living in the house.
“All of them are unemployed and just wait for my mom to pay the bills and mortgage and God knows what else. My brother got so uncomfortable with the situation and decided to move out and live somewhere else,” she shared.
For quite a while, her mother, unfortunately, hasn’t been able to afford her mortgage payments, and the bank has informed her that they would be taking action against her if the outstanding balance isn’t promptly paid off in full.
Since she’s been overseas for the last eight years, she hasn’t been as on top of what’s been going on as she would have liked to.
Luckily, she has the money to pay off the mortgage payments her mother has been unable to.
However, she advised her mother to kick her family members out of the house before she agreed to pay the outstanding balance, and she warned her that if she didn’t do this, she would allow the bank to take the house.
In response, her mother told her that it wasn’t fair to do that and argued that it would be cruel to like out her family. Her mother said that she couldn’t do something like that to them.
But she doesn’t want them taking advantage of her mother any longer. Prior to letting them move on, her mother had been doing better financially.
What advice would you give her?
