For nearly four years, TikToker Destiny (@bellagothsgirlfriend) was with a guy named Nick, from May of 2021 to December of 2024.
They have a son together. During their relationship, Nick had an affair with his 19-year-old coworker. He left Destiny and their son for her. Afterward, Destiny ended up getting engaged to Nick’s ex-girlfriend, Libby.
Libby was with Nick for nine years before he ever met Destiny. They were together from March of 2012 to March of 2021. Destiny met Nick a couple of weeks after he and Libby broke up.
“I obviously knew about her, and I would stalk her on social media, and I always thought she was just the prettiest girl ever,” said Destiny.
“But, I didn’t want to admit that because she’s the ex-girlfriend.”
Destiny met Nick through a mutual friend named Allison because Nick moved in with her after he and Libby broke up. After almost four years together, Destiny and Nick’s relationship fell apart due to his cheating.
One night, Destiny and Allison were hanging out when Libby randomly messaged Allison. Destiny told Allison to invite Libby over because she wanted to meet her. They met a couple of days later and became the best of friends.
“So, I want to also say that we did not do this for revenge,” said Destiny. “Like, this didn’t happen out of pettiness. We did make a couple of videos when we met out of pettiness to let him know that we were hanging out and we knew each other.”
“So, that was the only thing we really did out of pettiness. The whole relationship thing was kind of organic.”
At the time, Libby was in a relationship, so Destiny never said anything. She also felt like she wasn’t in a position to make any moves because she had just gotten her heart broken. The two of them remained best friends for about three months before they got together.
One day, they were hanging out. Libby and her partner had broken up already. Libby was about to leave, but they ended up kissing, and that’s how they got into a relationship.
They are no longer in contact with Nick, but to this day, he still works with Destiny’s uncle, so of course, he found out about their relationship through the grapevine.
Destiny and Libby did not personally get to witness his reaction to their relationship, but they did hear that he thought it would end poorly.
After a month and a half of dating, Destiny proposed to Libby. A couple of months later, Nick also proposed to the woman he had cheated on Destiny with.
Then, they got married four months later. He never proposed to Destiny or Libby in all the years they were together.
