Her Boyfriend Booked A Beach Vacation With Two Single Girls But Didn’t Invite Her So She’s Thinking It Might Be Time To Dump Him

Well, just yesterday, Eric casually let her know that he was planning on going to Mexico this upcoming summer with Lexie, Claire, and a friend of his named Jake who she does not know.

She figured her boyfriend was bringing this up to her so that he could extend an invitation to her to go on this beach vacation too, but nope, she was wrong.

Eric only brought it up to complain to her about how Lexie’s work decided to tell her she could not take time off and so the trip needed to be canceled.

It slowly began to dawn on her that Eric was never planning to invite her to go to Mexico with him and two single girls at all.

“Booking a beach vacation with a couple of single girls, one of which you used to hook up with, and not inviting your girlfriend feels like a super disrespectful and weird thing to d,” she continued.

“Even if there truly is nothing going on between them.”

“When we initially got together, Eric said that an ex of his had “serious jealousy issues” and that he was traumatized by her going through his phone, interrogating him about his relationships with female friends, wanting him to hang out only with her, etc.”

“At the time, I felt bad for him. Now, I can’t help but feel like that might have been his way of trying to manipulate me into doing the opposite and never questioning his behavior, no matter how suspicious.”

She’s feeling torn about what to do. Should she just dump Eric, or should she try to discuss the fact that he wanted to go on this weird vacation? You can read the original post on Reddit here.
