Nadia’s boyfriend noticed her location on Snapchat, and that night he noticed that she was at a college bar. When he asked Nadia what was going on, she and Kate came up with an excuse and immediately left.
Nadia and her boyfriend eventually got into a huge argument over the phone. He could tell that she was lying and doing things he encouraged her not to do.
He told Nadia to come home or else he might break up with her. Nadia and Kate ended up driving home early.
Kate went to this young woman telling this story to complain about how “boyfriends ruin everything.”
She retorted by saying that their trip would not have been ruined if the girls hadn’t lied and done some sketchy things.
Kate believes that Nadia’s boyfriend was the one who overreacted. Because of this disagreement, she and Kate have not spoken since.
