“That child was so scared y’all,” says Naquavia in her video.
The scare tactic did work, and she says that her daughter has been left alone since.
In a follow-up video Naquavia made, she says that the police were called after she punched the bully’s mother but that there were no charges pressed against her.
“You know why I didn’t go to jail?” Naquavia asks her viewers. “Because that parent was allowing her child to bully my child.”
Although she received some criticism from more conservative TikTok users, Naquavia received a lot of support for sticking up for her daughter.
“You’re not wrong,” commented one user. “Because if we won’t stick up for our kids, who will?”
