But their kid is just too young to understand yet, and they plan to explain the situation more in-depth once their youngest is older.
In terms of what happened that morning and why his wife left the house, though, he first tried to explain that he had to go to work. Plus, he pointed out how his wife has handled that same situation alone many times before.
Apparently, though, his wife did not like hearing that– because she actually just left his message on “read.”
“So, I apologized. I didn’t realize she was so unhappy. But I said that at the end of the day, our youngest lost her sibling, too, and it has been a difficult transition,” he explained.
He also revealed that now, they are looking into family counseling to navigate all of the grief and loss.
In the meantime, though, his wife is still very upset, and he has been left wondering if not comforting his wife that morning before going to work makes him a total jerk.
After he cheated and had another baby, his wife stepped up and decided to mother that child as one of her own– would you have done the same? Does it sound like he is being empathetic enough toward his wife after she just lost a late-stage pregnancy?
