Sarah and her coworkers did not like the way they were suddenly being treated. Plus, under the new person’s management, the company was not doing too well, even though business was at its busiest during the pandemic.
They tried to speak with the director, but the director brushed off their concerns. Later, during a meeting with the director, Sarah attempted again to express her thoughts on the new manager. But she was told that she needed to help the new hire become a better manager.
So, in other words, Sarah was directed to teach someone else to do the job she was denied!
