Make It Stand Out
Some couples may choose to have their bar area as the focal point of the venue. Since a lot of guests tend to gather around it at the wedding reception, it makes sense to do so.
You can have something on or behind the bar that makes it stand out, like a wooden sculpture of your initials, or you can display your monogram in a way that draws good attention. This will make it a great place to snap pictures with your guests after they grab a drink!
Find A Mobile Bar
If you are willing to put a little research and money into your bar area, try finding a company that brings the bar to you!
There are a lot of options out there for mobile setups that can look like anything from a farmer’s market food truck to a glammed-up camper trailer. These unique and fun options are sure to be a hit with your guests.
Double It Up
Having a double-sided bar is a great and convenient way to disperse some of the long lines up at the bar. This allows the bartenders to order, pour, and serve drinks more efficiently, and the area will seem a lot more spacious.
You can also include a menu that is visible from all sides so that everyone knows what they want before they get up there, saving even more time. However you choose to design your bar space at your wedding, it is up to you! Which idea piques your interest?
