About forty minutes later, he felt someone tap him on the shoulder. When he turned around, it was the same woman from earlier. She complained that the sandwiches were too dry and had no sauces.
At that point, Dean was completely fed up. He led her over to the self-serve center, which contained a wide range of sauces.
A couple of hours later, his manager announced that they had received an extremely critical review from a customer who claimed that she had purposefully been given dry sandwiches because the employees were mad she had shown up to the restaurant early. Dean and his coworkers denied everything and explained what really happened.
They found out what the woman’s name was from the review she had written, looked her up online, and learned that she worked as a sales representative for a financial institution that was located right down the street.
So, as revenge, they all used their parents’ accounts to write some not-so-nice reviews about her.
