As we reach the middle of the spring, more people will start popping up on your social media feed, informing you there are ‘x’ amount of days left until summer, and you only have a certain amount of time to get your ‘summer body’ ready.

When that starts happening, a lot of fitness influencers and average folk give the “75 Hard Challenge,” the extreme, 75-day-long diet and lifestyle challenge that some fitness lovers swear by.

The 75 Hard Challenge requires some pretty hardcore restraint and commitment. Some of the things participants are expected to do are follow a diet plan to a tee, complete two 45-minute workouts (one indoor, one outdoor), drink a gallon of water, and read every day for 75 days.

While many have sworn by the 75 Hard Challenge’s transformational qualities, others have tried it and found it too difficult. The rules may sound doable, but when you’re juggling a lot of responsibilities or dealing with stressful factors, getting all of those things done every day can be difficult.

However, parts of that challenge are very beneficial for caring for your mind and body daily. So, it’s not a bad idea to attempt a rendition of this challenge that’s not too extreme.

Thankfully, TikTok creator recently introduced a new rendition of the challenge that’s a lot more accessible and doable while still promoting healthy lifestyle habits.

Jada (@jada__nichol) is a fitness and lifestyle creator who recently shared with her viewers her “80 Strong Challenge,” which she believes will help people look and feel good in the summertime.

“I am no longer going into another summer unprepared,” says Jada in her video.

“So here’s what I’m doing starting April 1st.”
