She Was Sent Home In An Uber After Her Date Said Her Outfit Would “Embarrass Him”

Viewers everywhere demanded a “story time” behind the horrible situation.

“It all started with little comments here and there over the past couple of weeks,” Jabs began her storytime video. He would make comments to Jabs such as “why are you wearing heels?” or “why are you wearing so much makeup? I really like it better when you are natural.”

Jabs even thought that this behavior was fishy before the grand opening incident. So, she had texted her friend about the “no makeup” comments earlier that week. Her friend simply responded, “I don’t like that at all…”

The night of the grand opening, though, Jabs went to pick up the man from work. The plan was to have dinner together then move on to the work function. But, when he got into the car, Jabs noticed that he would not stop staring at her.

“I had a feeling what was coming,” Jabs said. She kept asking him why he was staring, to which he would brush it off by saying “nothing.”

“Finally, he just said I looked so pretty,” Jabs recalled, to which she responded, “Is this your way of telling me that I’m overdressed?”

He told Jabs “maybe not for dinner,” so she asked if he would be embarrassed if she showed up to his work function in that outfit.

“He didn’t say anything, so I asked if he would like me to go home and change,” Jabs said, “And then he just kept saying he felt so bad now.”

Once they got to the restaurant, Jabs was obviously not happy. These comments on how she chooses to dress had become a pattern over the weeks. So, she took a stand for herself.

“I said at the restaurant that I am either going like this or I am not going at all. Then, he asked if he could call me an Uber,” Jabs said.

She gladly accepted the Uber and traveled back to his place to pack up all of her stuff.
