Yesterday, she sent her boyfriend a thoughtful text message for Christmas Eve, but she never got a reply from him even though she could see that he read her text.
Today, she texted her boyfriend earlier this morning to wish him Merry Christmas, and again, he read her text but did not bother replying to her.
She waited a bit and sent him another message, this time a lot wordier, in which she apologized for upsetting him in the first place.
She did tell her boyfriend that she would like to be able to chat with him today and that she considers him to be her vert best friend.
“He responded with “hope you are enjoying the day with your family!” and that was it,” she said.
“I’m laying in bed crying. My holiday has been ruined. I’m afraid he will break up with me over this due to his retroactive jealousy.”
She’s not sure what to do, but she is nearly certain he’s going to dump her over the old Instagram photo and caption she posted well before she even met him.
