“They also determined that her pelvis was fractured. After the initial surgery, Rosalyn was placed in ICU where she was heavily sedated and on a ventilator.”
Rosalyn has since had to undergo multiple surgeries, and doctors also discovered that she had more broken bones in her hand, fingers, and pelvic bone.
Rosalyn was also sedated and placed on a ventilator, and six days ago that was able to be removed.
That same day, she was able to whisper to her mom that she loved her.
“Rosalyn has a long road of recovery ahead of her,” Carla explained. “No young person should have to start their life with the worry of mountains of medical bills.”
