She does think that it’s not “easy” for them to continue the relationship that they do have, and she’s left wondering if it’s time to break up with him.
Given the fact that he is making changes to his dating profile, it’s not unreasonable to think he’s most likely speaking to other women now.
“I do want to talk to him about it again soon, but I would just want to know if there’s another perspective I should be considering or if I’m just letting my feelings run,” she concluded.
