She Slept With An Engaged Guy Who Has An Open Relationship, And Now He Wants Her To Come To His Wedding

Oh, and she met his fiancée, who knew what was going on between them and who was apparently cool with it.

“After that week, however, I was feeling regret because I ended up getting feelings for him,” she said.

“I had never been with someone who was in an open relationship so this was new ground for me. I didn’t realize I wouldn’t like being the “other girl” even if his fiancé knew about me and was okay with it.”

She decided to let him know that she could not keep seeing him in an open relationship, as she was positive it would end in her getting quite upset.

This guy was sympathetic, but she tried to keep her space from him in order to move on. She spoke to him a bit moving forward from that conversation, but their conversations were pretty surface-level.

“About a month ago, he asked me to come to his wedding and I declined since I still felt uncomfortable and that I would be hurting myself in the long run if I did end up going,” she continued.

“He had a complete…fit about it claiming I was a “bad friend” and that I didn’t care about him in the way he cared about me.”

The thing is though, she told him about her feelings and that she couldn’t keep being close to him for fear of getting hurt.

While she does understand that this guy wants people at his wedding who he cares about, she doesn’t want to watch him marry another woman.

Do you think it’s the right choice for her not to go to this guy’s wedding? You can read the original post on Reddit here.
