Her Friend Completely Went Behind Her Back To Set Her Up On A Date With A Guy She Has No Interest In

“Right away I was irritated that 1) she would do this and 2) he would only message me for this purpose,” she said.

“I told him firmly I was not interested and he went on a spiel about how he “apparently” wasn’t ready either.”

Well, that certainly left her confused as to what was even going on. She couldn’t hide her frustration from this man, who picked up on that, and she set him straight.

“I explained I was mostly irritated with my friend for doing this and he tried to pull the “woe is me” card saying he should have kept his mouth shut, he didn’t want to cause problems, etc.,” she continued.

“I admit I got a little snappish and said “Look it’s fine.” He responded with “well now you’re mad at me too.” Which yeah I was but I wanted the conversation at that point to just end and move on.”

This man couldn’t actually take a hint though. He proceeded to ask her if she really did remember him, before mentioning that they were besties and using that as his new angle to get her to go out with him.

In fact, they were never that close, let alone best friends, and she was not a fan of his attempts to guilt her into going out with him.

She confronted him about his strange tactic, which instantly wounded his pride. He simply wouldn’t leave her alone, so she had no choice but to hit the block button on him.

Right after that, she turned around to send a message to her friend outlining that she wasn’t happy with her for “going behind” her back and getting her a date.

Then, her friend blocked her, and here we are.

She’s left wondering if it was wrong of her to get angry at her friend for doing this to her in the first place.
